Lovely goddess SuzyQ dropped a gem into my mailbox this week; a gem called Ian Somerhalder. According to wiki, he’s ‘an American fashion model, actor and producer, notable for playing Boone Carlyle in the TV drama Lost and Damon Salvatore in the TV drama The Vampire Diaries‘.
Whatever show he’s on, I want to watch him. Er, I mean ‘it.’ The show, not — Oh heck, I’m flustered. Let’s just say he’s worth watching.
Not only is he a hottie, he’s also currently doing a series of PSAs for his home state of Louisiana as they face the consequences of the deep ocean oil spill. I’m impressed. Looks AND a giving soul?

I thought it would be delish to have an action FROS this week. We have access to some awesome technology, so why shouldn’t we use it to warm up our FROS once in a while?

I love Mike Rowe, well-known host of the show, DIRTY JOBS, and voice for DEADLIEST CATCH, as well as many other Discovery Channel programs.
I love his manly good looks, his crooked grin, his broad shoulders … and don’t forget his voice! Mmmmm!
His eyes crinkle when he laughs, which I find SO sexy.
Did I mention that he has the perfect amount of chest hair? Not too much and not too little.
