Mmm, when i was younger Leonardo Dicaprio was my utmost favorite! I had always thought Nicholas Cage was pretty cute, Tom Cruise before he became a weirdo, Captain Jack is delicious, Strider is mysterious-sexy, Daniel Tosh from Tosh.0 on Comedy Central is wicked, and of course there's James Bond... Sigh.

I never had a movie crush on the level of Twihards until, well, Twilight. I'm a cougar, I know, but Rob's got that special something that gets my juices flowing.

However, as a youngster, it wasn't a movie crush, but a soap crush. Specifically A Martinez, aka Cruz Castillo, of Santa Barbara. I was totally the smitten kitten with pictures all around my room.

I developed first on Orlando Bloom (but only as a blond elf) then as the series progress it was VIGGO all the way. Then there is Hugh Jackman no matter what he is in I could take him home..

Gerard Butler in... well, really any role ;) he's soooo gorgeous. And I agree with TrishD about loving a character rather than an actor -- that's me with Edward Cullen. definitely not Rob Pattinson. umm... I loooove Peter Facinelli in the Twilight movies, he makes a helluva hottie vampire. and I'm all about Johnny too <33

Did a Book-To-Movie party at the library, then walked over to the theater to see the movie. Was a lot of fun. Have done several pre-movie parties and the teens are great. Many come in costume and we usually have a trivia contest and sometimes act out scenes. It is a small town, so inside the theater the party continues with comments, screams, and wolf calls. All in fun and not really enough to disrupt the moving. I enjoyed the movie more going with the teens than I would have by myself at a bigger theater.
Hope you have a great Thanksgiving.

Confession...I was one of those girls at the midnight showing (and Friday night) in my Team Edward shirt and I'm 32!!! Can't help it...I have a major crush on Edward. Now I don't like Robert Pattinson on his own...only as Edward.

I've also had other movie crushes: Harrison Ford as Han Solo, Heath Ledger in 10 Things I Hate About You & A Knights Tale, Patrick Swayze in The Outsiders & Dirty Dancing, Gerard Butler as the Phantom of the Opera, are just a few.

Karen that is just Kathy Bates level of creepiness. You gave her really, really, really good advice about not mailing it to the house.

I'm really late - electricians over most of the day, but my entry has lights, finally. One of these days soon I'm getting an outlet in the middle of the floor to plug in my estate sale lamps behind my sofa . . .

Movie crushes - Harrison Ford as both Han Solo and Indiana Jones; Viggo as Aragorn.

Sorry I'm late to the party, life interrupted me this morning. But we have two new desks put together with our own little hands, and only one screw-up. My mad crush was James Shigeta from the time I saw him in Flower Drum Song. And I loved Robert Shaw too, beautifully rugged and twinkling eyes.

Amy, Jim Street was a WONDERFUL character and I can see why you fell for him. SWAT is a great movie, but I wish they'd named it something else. It's such a cheesy name for a pretty darn good movie. Not a great movie, but a good one.

Sabrina, Jack Callaghan won my heart from the very first second when we see his work book stepping out of his pick up truck. Right there, you know that HERE was the REAL prince. Gee, While You Were Sleeping is such a great movie!

As for the cover model ... hmmmm. That's a challenge. That's a real challenge!

Louisa, I need to see this writing studio of yours! I bought a life-sized cutout of Edward for my stepdaughter's movie party and I have to say ... he looked pretty good! :) I can see how a life-sized cutout could inspiring. Of course, Edward scared my dogs, though. One of them growled every time he walked by it.
