For those of you who may be tired of Hugh Jackman . . . that’s ok! It just leaves more Hugh for me!!!! *happy sigh*

Tired of Hugh? SACRILEGE!!! Karen that is the most scrumptious picture of him! Love it! I am going to bed with that picture in my mind! SIGH!!! Will wake up and see if I am tired of it then. Don’t see it happening!

  3. evlqn on 27 Apr 2008 at 2:18 am #

Now who in thier right mind or wrong mind for that matter could ever get tired of Hugh??? He makes the thought of cradle robbing palatable!

  4. Paula on 27 Apr 2008 at 4:20 am #

I could sit and look at him all day Karen. This has made it worth getting out of bed for on this wet and thundery sunday morning. You certainly know how to cheer a girl up on a miserable sunday. THank You. See with that picture in my mind I can’t type properly now!!

Ahhhh! Now I feel better. I knew Karen wouldn’t let me down. I reckon I can face the rugby playoffs this afternoon no matter what the weather. But please cross your fingers for sunny & mild. I’m tired of sitting field side getting soaked and freezing.

The sight of H. J. has warmed me up considerably. Thanks, K.H.

He is such a hottie. LOL Thanks Karen

  7. amy1242 on 27 Apr 2008 at 8:26 am #

Wow, that really IS an awesome picture Karen! Thanks for making my Sunday morning slow down a bit. Kind of a Stop and smell the roses kind of thing.

  8. SheridanLA on 27 Apr 2008 at 9:28 am #

I love that man… even if it might be a rather “I don’t know you as a person, only as a gorgeous man who can sing, act AND kick some mutant butt as Wolvering.” kind of way.

  9. Karen Hawkins on 27 Apr 2008 at 10:03 am #

I’m so glad I’m not wearing you all out on Hugh! We need to send a big thanks to Suzanne Enoch for sending me this one — it IS scrumptious.

YUMMMMM! I put him up last night and now he’s brightened MY morning, too. :)

Paula, sounds like a great day to curl up on the couch with some Hugh, a nice cuppa, and a lovely book! I hope you find a way to enjoy the stormy weather.

Margaret, best of luck with the weather for your granddaughter’s rugby game!

Thanx Karen for a great FROS choice. Tired of Hugh? no way! I like how he can change his physicall outlook. Long hair? Short hair? Dressed? Undressed? He still looks hot.

I didnt know he could sing. Wow he does have the whole package ;)

  11. Lisa H on 27 Apr 2008 at 10:28 am #

Karen H, I know Hugh is yours, and from one woman to another, I respect that, but I am a sucker for that hair falling in front of his eyes trick! You might want to brush it away, with your lips…

I have noticed, though I am certainly NOT complaining, FROs has been void of a certain pirate turned serial killer barber of late, as the goddess in charge of the FRO’s, is there anything you can do to remedy that?

  12. Karen Hawkins on 27 Apr 2008 at 11:04 am #

Yaya, oh yes, he can sing. VERY well, from what I’ve heard. I know he used to be on Broadway in the part of Curly from Oklahoma and those are some TOUGH songs!

And oh yes, Lisa! We aim to please! I’ll get some pics. Think maybe you can send me some of your faves, too? I someone suspect you might have a folder on your computer marked OH YES! that has some awesome images of said pirate turned serial killer! I have an opening in the next few weeks, in fact, so send those puppies on!

Lisa H, I finally got to watch my DVD of Sweeney and I LOVED it! That man is absolutely amazing! God was having a great day when Johnny Depp was created - gorgeous and multi-talented and a decent human being. The same can be said of our dear Hugh. Here’s to God having more good days!

Hey Karen wouldn’t you know it late morning the rain stopped and the sun came out. Wednesday was St. George’s Day and so being a member of the scouting movement (namely a ‘Beaver’ leader) we had to take part in the parade which this year was in our village and at our local church . For those of you who don’t know Beaver’s is a scouting group for the younger members(6-8years). My eldest is a new member and I’m a new leader! Luckily it was a sunny march and only just down the raod from my house and the church is about 3/4 of a mile down the road, so nice and local.

    Mm mm mm mm mm.

That was one of the pictures I used when I was working up a description of Rick Addison.

I suddenly feel inspired again this morning. *g*

  16. Lisa H on 27 Apr 2008 at 1:22 pm #

dearest doglady, I know we have simaler taste in men…Santa Fros and Johnny Depp…who needs anything more?! I loved Sweeney Todd too, he sings so beautifully.

Yes Karen H, I will send you some of my favs. And I do have several.

But ahhh Hugh is looking rather hunky with his longish hair and beard…and exactly what color are his eyes? They look to be greenish!

  17. Paula on 27 Apr 2008 at 1:54 pm #

Suzie I shall have to re-read the Rick and Sam books now and keep that picture in mind. I forgot to sday earlier during the St. George’s Day service in Church there was a screen and the cubs used it to show photos to go with their presentation and up came a picture of none other than dear Johnny Depp a lot of the women leaders went gooey eyed (myself included) and smiley!!Wonder what God made of that?!!

I only just turned my pc on a few mins ago-shame on me! Luckliy, tis is the first sight I beheld!
    thanks Karen!

This is my favorite FROS shot ever. You cannot possibly top this, Karen, so just keep this same shot up every Sunday from now until forever. Please?

  20. TinaLouiseF on 27 Apr 2008 at 4:07 pm #

The hair is just a little too long in the pic. Hard to see the eyes.

Now I know why I like Rick Addison so much.

  21. Kathy/Cookiedough on 27 Apr 2008 at 5:02 pm #

funny- I didn’t picture him as Rick Addison.
Don’t get me wrong, he IS yummy but I had Richard Armitage in my head for Rick

  22. Judy F on 27 Apr 2008 at 5:22 pm #

He is just so perfect… I have come back here several times today…LOL

Karen, Brett is so cute and funny on the letterman tape. I just watched it. Sigh

  23. evlqn on 27 Apr 2008 at 6:03 pm #

Thank you Kathy now I can stop feeling like a perv.

  24. KariE on 27 Apr 2008 at 6:38 pm #

I will take him wrapped in a bow for my birthday today. Or any day, for that matter. Great picture!!!

  25. doglady on 27 Apr 2008 at 6:49 pm #

I have just realized something. HE is Harold Creighton. Harold is a minor character in my novel Lost in Love, but I already know he will have to have his own book. He is cynical, an observer with a tragic past. He is manipulative and has the uncanny ability to see through to people’s real selves. He absorbs gossip and uses it to skewer people. Why? Ah, he has a tragic background and the “good” people of the ton drove his mother to suicide. I have tried to wrap my head around what he looks like and I realize this picture of Hugh is him!! Thank you, Karen!!

  26. Karen Hawkins on 27 Apr 2008 at 8:33 pm #

Paula, it sounds like you and your youngest ended up with a stellar marching day! I’m glad for you and the Beaver Scouts! Sounds like you’re going to have your hands full — but it also sounds like you’re gonna have a LOT of fun, too!

Kathy/Cookie, you’re welcome! It’s great to see you out and about today. Glad Hugh was here to welcome you!

Claudia, I know. I’ve peeked at FROS with this one. So I’ll definitely have to use it again. It’s my new wallpaper, so I’m hoping he’ll inspire me to write, write, write!

Judy, I just watched and oh, wasn’t Favre ADORABLE? He’s such a sweetie. Thanks for letting me know that was going to be on so I could tape it!

KariE, Happy Birthday! Wish I could give you a gift wrapped Hugh to celebrate the day.

eviqn, there is nothing ‘pervy’ about admiring a handsome guy. Stalking, however, at any age, is a whole different matter! Heh!

doglady, glad to oblige. I can’t wait to read about Harold. He sounds FASCINATING!

  27. Santa on 27 Apr 2008 at 10:53 pm #

Some of you get to wake up with Hugh but I am happy to say that I get to take him to bed - delicious forelock and all! ‘Night, y’all.

  28. Gannon on 28 Apr 2008 at 8:16 am #

OMG, who could ever get tired of Hugh?! He is absolutely perfect!
