Next week is it — the Superbowl. The day when the best football team in the US of A, the most skilled quarterback, the most ferocious starting line, the most brilliant coach and, more importantly, the day we get to eat all of the snacks we might want.
Yes, that’s right, we get chips, chicken wings, nachos, nuts, cheese and crackers, those cute little barbequed sausages, and that old American standard — pigs in a blanket.
So who are you rooting for? In case you haven’t yet decided, I thought I’d give you a sneak peak at the lineup:

Sorry I couldn’t find a sexier picture of Manning, but Brady’s been around a bit longer and has more endorsement deals and thus, more pics of him sporting fashion. Still, it does give you a bit of an idea, just in case you haven’t picked a team to root for.
Meanwhile, enjoy your FROS, m’dears! And I hope you’re getting excited about next week’s snacks– I mean, next week’s GAME. Yes, that’s right. The GAME. WOOHOOO! Go ___(insert your team name here)__!!!!!!!

So Karen this is how you vent your spleen on the Giants because of the last week’s game? I guess you are entitle ‘coz your Mr. Favre is hotter than any guy on the Giants. Of course, there’s no contest… Tom, who was brave (or arrogant) enough to appear on Saturday Night Live in his tidy whities. Eli just might always look like the paperboy, even when he’s all grown up. That said, despite being the underdogs, Go Big Blue.

I have already gotten myself into enough trouble on this subject over in the Forum. So I will stick with saying that next Sunday I will fix my Super Bowl snacks and then sit down with a good DVD or one of the goddesses books, and forgo the game. Is it NASCAR racing season yet?

I am rooting for the Giants! I’m a New Yorker and must support my state….however when it comes to FRO’s, I’m likin’ Tom Brady.

I wish I could have found pics of them both in their undies, just to make sure we had ALL of the Important Info before Game Day. But alas Eli isnt as (ahem!) exposed as Brady yet, so in the interest of fairness I was forced to use two headshots.
And I agree . . . it’s all about Da Snacks!!!

Oh my! I guess there must be an unwritten rule that quarterbacks have to be heart stoppingly handsome/cute/adorable/sexy. Any combination or all of the above.
Is it just me or is Tom Brady really Matt Damon in disguise? Maybe they are twins? Cousins?
Eli looks like he’s not old enough to sprout whiskers. I’m with Ann in IL. I have grandsons that age. Darn it! There go my illusions about being tall, blonde and willowy. And 21.

Man, do I feel OLD!! These boys don’t look old enough or beat up enough to be professional athletes. Just too cute for words and I am sure they would cringe to hear me say that!
I am just glad that I have the day off next Sunday! I haven’t really decided which side to cheer for as neither of my teams made it this year - the Cowboys or the Saints.
Perhaps I’ll just cheer for the snacks! Go cheese dip! Go nachos! Go pigs in a blanket! Go taco salad!! You get the picture!

Though I usually root for the underdog out of principle, I’m a bit tired of hearing about “the ‘72 Dolphins”. Time for a new mantra, fellas. Go Pats!

GO GIANTS! I say that but it is really all about the snacks. Homemade sausage bread, some wings, hot artichoke dip, a big sandwich and some baked ziti. It’s just not a party unless there’s a big sandwich and some baked ziti in the house.
Nice shots of the boys! Aren’t there other Mannings that have been around a little longer.
And if you’re looking for some undie shots, the Italian soccer team has some very nice ones!

Both are very handsome but I’ll have to say the Brady is more attractive to me ( I have an “eyes” thing ) but Manning looks waaaaay more approchable.
