Here it is, once again it’s For Refreshment Only Sunday on lovely Mt. Olympus. Today we have an ABsolutely fABulous FROS for all of you weary goddesses!
Yes, it’s a virtual plethora of ABlicious ABs!
These abs belong to the following men who, by virtue of possessing these abs, have won the title of “hunks.” Clockwise from the top left picture, you have,
Matthew McConaughey (yes, yes, YES!), Lance Armstrong (yum!), David Beckham, Matt Lauer (I know! I was surprised at that one myself!), Hugh Jackman (pant, pant!), and Jude Law (niiiice!).
All together now, “FROS is ABsolutely fABulous!!!”

I would have added Gerry B-licious but I didn’t want the page to erupt with The Hotness. It was pretty warm as it was!!!
And yes - Matt Lauer! Going to be looking at him at bit differenty now, and I don’t care if he’s ‘glib’ or not!

I don’t drink, but I would certainly like to take it up if six packs like that are available!!! It has actually been a little cool here in Alabama this morning, but NOT any more!! Yes, Gerard would probably make my computer go into another meltdown! Where is that DVD? I’ll just go have my own little meltdown. You ladies talk amongst yourselves. I’ll be back. Maybe!

I think one of you goddesses should send this blog and all our comments to the Today show, maybe if they saw how rating-worthy their anchorman was, they would give him some beaches to cover in his “Where in the world is Matt Lauer!”

I had to stop, scroll over and double check that you said Matt Lauer. I will never be able to watch him on TV and not wonder what else he’s hiding! I wonder how he would look in just a towel? In Troy, were Brads abs visible? I don’t remember and seeing the note for Gerard Butler in 300 made me think of it. Brad sure had some beautiful full body scenes in that movie. Yum, yum! How about those guys that do the historical type movies, eh? I think you need to flash some photos of those; Troy, Gladiator, 300, Kingdom of Heaven. {sigh} Then decide who is the best; have a vote. So many choices……

Wow, I love FROS, and who’da thought Matt Lauer looked so good w/o a shirt? I think he should be broadcasting from the beach - viewership would skyrocket.

Hmm…I kayaked all over Dana Point Harbor today, and I didn’t see any chests that rival these. I think I’m hanging out at the wrong beach! I think it’s time we all hopped a privat jet to St. Tropez!
And now I need to google Matt Lauer and figure out who he is.

I wonder what beach these hunks are hanging out at? Could it Be VerAB Beach? Or CocoAB Beach? Perhaps DaytonAB Beach?
